"Job interest holds greater importance than the salary". I agree to this statement to a certain extent.
Firstly, in my own opinion, the most important thing when one have a job is to love the things they do. I feel that it is important to love and enjoy what we are doing. In this way, we are then able to appreciate what we are doing and thus soar to greater. There is a saying goes, " do the things that you love and not for the sake of doing it". Therefore, it is when someone holds the interest that they are doing and thus, they will be able to put in hundred percent of their effort to complete their job.
However, there are minorities of the adults are able to appreciate what they are doing. Most of them feel that making money is the most important that they do. Often times, having a job means another source of income for them to provide to for their family. These people often put in their best not because of the job interest that holds them but the self satisfaction of earning more money. Very often, we see many adults working overtime so as to ensure that they have a safe and secure income. It is a very unlikely case that people do the work that they like.
Even if we do really have a passion in the job but it does not necessarily means that we will be able to get it. In our society, job priorities are usually given to people who have received a higher education. For example, if a graduate who obtains a degree in medicine while another graduate received a masters in medicine, it is very obvious that the job vacancy will definitely be given to the people who obtain a masters in medicine rather than the latter.
Hence, in conclusion, i feel that having a job really depends of how the persons views it. For me, i feel that it is important that we have a great passion in what we are doing and also at the same time, the salary of the job also matters too.
