Job interest holds greater importance than the salary it gives. How far do you agree with this statement?

"Job interest holds greater importance than the salary it gives." i agree with this statement to a certain extend.

In my opinion, i think that having great interest in doing a job and in that job greatly effects the person as it makes the person more willing to do the job and complete the job faster and with good results. Having low interest in the job will cause the person to be more slack in their work and make the whole process of the job a very torturous experience and results of the work would be undesirable and done improperly.so having interest in the job that you are doing is important as it will allow you to give it your all to do the job and enjoy doing the job.

but the salary of the job is also important to some people as they may need the money or make sure that they can earn enough to make ends meet.some people think that the salary is important to helping them secure a better future for their offspring or to pursue further education and in order to do so they would need to work even harder for the money.

many people work either to gain work experience , earn money to provide for , or simply just to keep oneself occupied but little people appreciate the process of their work and when there is a mistake made , people tend to blame others instead of immediately addressing the problem and solving it once and for all.

Hence having the love and interest for the job is more important than the salary as it boosts the employee's moral to complete the work more efficiently to produce a good piece of work that in-turn may lead to a bonus in the person's paycheck that will act as a additional goal to complete the work faster , and it will be up to the person to decide which is more important to them based on their financial background .
